I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of English at UC Santa Barbara, with an interdisciplinary emphasis in translation studies. I work on 20th and 21st century transatlantic literature, particularly focusing on the Caribbean and Jewish diasporas. I am interested in affective responses to poetic series, fragmented forms of storytelling, and the influence of music on narrative.
