Last but not least, meet Julie Djeke, an alumna of Comparative Literature,
who will talk to you about her career and career paths for Complit majors:
Julia graduated from UCSB in 2005 with a degree in Comparative Literature.
After leaving UCSB, she explored a number of career paths which include
real estate marketing, interior design purchasing and non-profit grant
writing. In 2007, Julia moved to Boston to pursue a Master's degree in
English from Simmons College. She has since worked in higher education
development, most recently at Harvard University. Julia happily returns to
her alma mater as the Director of Donor Relations for UCSB.
